Here is a charming piece of country furniture in very nice condition. Like much of what we sell, this item is right out of an old barn and has not been altered in any way! It has that great, old red paint that everybody loves. This cupboard with a large single door and one drawer has an attractive wear pattern and the paint is stable, meaning it is not flaking off. Check out the awesome, carved knob on the drawer! The sides look like they are axed, the back is finished like the front...not rough cut planked. The white stuff you see is nothing more that dirt! This cupboard will clean up nicely....its just as we found it and hasn't been altered at all. It has a scrub top which adds even more character! This item is larger than it looks, measuring 41"L x 31 3/4"H x 26 3/4" W. It was likely used as a kitchen cupboard with plenty of work space on top. Yes, it's filthy but it's solid and has no rot! This is a very nice country antique!
